This suit was filed by appellant, by his next friend, against E. L. Woodley. The appellee, defendant below, presented his plea of privilege to be sued in the county of his residence, which plea of privilege the trial court sustained and ordered the cause transferred to the district court of Dallas county. Prom this order an appeal has been taken to this court.
