Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed with costs to plaintiff in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiff appeals from that part of a divorce judgment that determined maintenance and medical coverage. Plaintiff and defendant resolved all other issues between them by stipulation in open court. Under the terms of the stipulation, the issue of maintenance would be referred to the Chautauqua County Support Collection Unit.
