Appellant, Mrs. Dovie Chapman, widow of Charles Chapman, brought this appeal from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission, (affirmed on appeal to the Circuit Court), disallowing her claim for compensation for the alleged injury and death by cerebral hemorrhage of her husband, which she contended arose out of and in the scope of his employment.
