This action was instituted by Patricia Rose, plaintiff, against The Travelers Indemnity Company, to collect a judgment obtained by her in the amount of $12,000 in a John Doe proceeding for injuries sustained on June 26, 1965, when the automobile owned and operated by Richard Lewis Johnson, in which she was riding as a guest, was in an accident caused by the negligence of an unknown driver.
