This is an appeal from an order quashing appellant’s writ of foreign attachment.

Annie Levie, appellant, instituted a divorce action against her husband, Charles Levie, in Paris, France. The action is still pending. The husband has cash on deposit in the Girard Trust Company of Philadelphia. A writ of foreign attachment was issued by the wife against her husband as defendant and the Girard Trust Company [appellee] as garnishee.
