Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lagaña, J.), rendered October 23, 1986, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s claim on appeal, the prosecution adduced legally sufficient evidence from which the jury could reasonably infer that the defendant intended to cause the deceased serious physical injury.
