— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Owens, J.), rendered January 24, 1989, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
There is no merit to the defendant’s contention that he was deprived of a fair trial as a result of the trial court’s ruling which permitted the prosecution on redirect examination of the defendant’s paramour to adduce evidence of uncharged crimes.
