Appeal from a district court judgment.

Action was instituted by George S. Tracy against the Perkins-Tracy Printing Company, a corporation, upon the theory that the parties had entered into an agreement on July 31, 1959, for purchase by the corporation of its stock from plaintiff, with the corporation’s obligation to make installment, payments secured by a chattel mortgage on certain corporate personalty and an escrow of the stock; that the corporation was in default in its payments; and that plaintiff was entitled to judgment for the unpaid part of the agreed purchase price and…
