MEMORANDUM

MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff seeks an order enjoining the defendant from manufacturing, distributing, promoting or selling one of defendant’s products, a novelty slipper resembling a bear’s foot, on the ground that the defendant is violating federal copyright and unfair competition laws. The Court heard testimony and arguments on plaintiff’s motion between June 26, 1985 and July 1, 1985.
