BISHOP, Judge.

Appellants, John R. Kennedy (“Kennedy”) and Mary A. Kerig (“Kerig”), his wife, appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court for Charles County (Nalley, J.) setting aside a Decree that, inter alia, vested in Kennedy absolute title in fee simple to certain unimproved real property in Charles County that he purchased at tax sale.
