REINHARD, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction by a jury of involuntary manslaughter, § 565.-024.1(1), RSMo 1986, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced by the court as a persistent offender, § 558.016, RSMo Supp.1990, to two concurrent terms of three years’ imprisonment.
