This is a bill in equity for dissolution of a copartnership and an accounting.

It appears from the petition that the alleged copart-nership was formed in April, 1912, by Ching Sing Nam and his brother, Ching Sing Wo, under the name of C. S. Wo & Brother; that the property of the copartnership included personal property and estates in real property; and that the petitioner’s interest in the subject matter in suit is that of a purchaser at an execution sale of all Nam’s interest in the copartnership property and as assignee by direct assignment of such interest…
