1Opinion of the Court

SCHLEGEL, Judge.

The claimant, Dale Peck, began employment with the hydraulics division of the Eaton Corporation on June 17, 1976. Peck worked the first shift from midnight to 7:20 a.m. as a heavy-duty tester. Peck also worked overtime on some weekends.

On August 25, 1990, a Sunday, Peek was called in to work overtime because there was no one on duty to do heavy-duty testing. He began work at 1 a.m. and left at 5:20 a.m. as the new day shift was arriving. Peck apparently was unhappy that the day shift workers could come in two hours early and thus reduce his overtime hours.
