The issues in this appeal are whether a medical society and one of its physician members have standing to appeal from a declaratory ruling of the board of examiners in podiatry regarding the scope of podiatry practice in Connecticut. Holding that the plaintiffs had failed to allege sufficient grounds to establish aggrievement, the Superior Court rendered judgment dismissing the appeal.
