On October 17, 1983, after a jury trial, the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered a money judgment in favor of appelleeBurns and against appellant-Tate. On October 19, 1983, two days later, appellee instituted the instant garnishment proceedings in the State Court of Fulton County.
