OPINION
JANE BLAND, Justice.
A jury convicted Ducthanh Thi Nguyen of insurance fraud, and the court assessed punishment at five years’ probation. On appeal, Nguyen contends (1) the evidence is not legally or factually sufficient to support the conviction of insurance fraud; (2) the trial court erred in admitting evidence of an extraneous homicide; (3) the trial court erred in not instructing the jury on her accomplice theory; and (4) the trial court erred in admitting hearsay evidence.
