This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County as a Court of equity, establishing a mechanics’ lien for the sum of $68,542.62, with interest on $53,542.62 from November 29th, 1904, for the erection ofa certain school building upon a tract of land near Glencoe Station, in Baltimore County, and ordering a sale of said building, together with twelve hundred and ninety three acres of adjacent land belonging to the owner of said building, for the payment of said lien.
