BYRNE, Judge:

Appellant, pursuant to his pleas, was found guilty of one specification of larceny of a Realistic CB Radio and a Realistic Pocket Police Scanner in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 921. He was tried by a special court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone and sentenced to be reduced to pay grade E-l, to be confined at hard labor for two months, to be discharged from the Navy with a bad-conduct discharge, and to forfeit $350 pay per month for two months.
