The Petitioners, Edmund L. Goldsborough, Maxwell Levinson, Elizabeth McManus and Inez Scheerle (Residents) have filed a Petition for Review of an Order of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (Department) dismissing Petitioners’ appeal of the Department’s approval of an *489application of the Lower Merion School District (School District) to demolish the Ardmore Junior High School Building (School Building) in Ardmore, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
