The plaintiff, West World Media, LLC (“West World Media”), brings this action against the defendants, Ikamobile Limited and Ikamobile Corporation (collectively “Ikamobile”), setting forth a common law claim of “hot news” misappropriation (first cause of action) and a claim of violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, Conn.
