The application by the landlord for the hardship rent increase here was filed on June 18, 1958. The order of the Local Bent Administrator was issued February 26, 1959, effective as of August 26, 1958. The State Rent Administrator issued its order on June 19, 1959, which order modified the Local Rent Administrator’s order in that it effectuated the rent increase as of September 1, 1958.
