INTRODUCTION

This is a class action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (“ERISA”). Plaintiffs are nurse practitioners or physician assistants. On behalf of themselves and the class of similarly situated individuals, plaintiffs allege that they are employed by Northwest Permanente, P.C.
