SWAN, Associate Justice.
Appellant, Cleve A. George (“George”), appeals the Superior Court’s rulings that the facts submitted by Appellee, *155Zurich American Insurance Company (“Zurich”), be deemed admitted, that judgment be entered in Zurich’s favor, and that George’s counterclaims be stricken from the record. For the reasons enumerated below, we affirm the Superior Court’s rulings and reject George’s contentions.
