Affirming.

The appellee, while engaged at work for the appellant at a sawmill received personal injuries, and in this action to recover damages was awarded by the jury that heard the ease $2,000. No complaint is made of the size of the verdict, but we are asked by appellant to order a new trial for reasons that will be later stated.
