MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL F. URBANSKI, District Judge.

Petitioner Almaz Nezirovic seeks his immediate release from detention pending the outcome of the present habeas corpus proceeding. Nezirovic asserts that he poses no risk of flight and that special circumstances exist requiring his release on bond.
