Lawrence, Judge:

This cause of action relates to 99 importations of certain metal precision parts manufactured in Switzerland, in accordance with drawings and specifications, for assembly in this country into fuzes for the Armed Forces of the United States.

The importations were classified by the collector of customs as parts of a mechanism, device, or instrument for recording, indicating, or performing any operation or function at a predetermined time or times within the purview of paragraph 368 (a) (c) (6) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.
