William Watt (Claimant) asks whether the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) erred in affirming a Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision, which denied and dismissed his claim petition for lack of jurisdiction. Claimant contends the WCJ erred in finding his employment was not principally localized in Pennsylvania.
