This is an appeal by third party claimants from an order denying their third party claims.

Charles Michael brought an action against Edward Burge as an individual, Modesto Farms, Inc., a corporation, and Modesto Land and Cattle Company, a corporation, for sums allegedly due on four open-book accounts.
