This is a proceeding under our statute relating to adverse claims to property levied upon,, in which S. Kato claims ownership and right to the possession of two automobile trucks, levied upon and taken possession of by the sheriff of King county under an execution issued upon a judgment of-the superior court for that county in .favor of the Union Oil Company against the Panama Auto Transfer, *474Incorporated.
