OPINION

JAMES R. DOWD, Judge.

Gregory Grose, while riding in the rear of a Nissan hatchback, was seriously injured when the Nissan went out of control and was struck by a tractor trailer. He filed a petition alleging negligence against Scott Locker, driver of the car, products liability against Nissan North America, Inc. and an uninsured motorist claim against State Farm Automobile Insurance Company. The jury returned verdicts in favor of all defendants. Grose appeals claiming error in the admission of a videotape and certain expert testimony.
