Defendant, Reginald Gilmore, appeals a judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict that found him guilty of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with in tent to distribute, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and two habitual criminal counts. The People appeal defendant’s reduced sentence of twenty-four years in the Department of Corrections. We dismiss the People’s appeal, affirm the judgment of conviction in part, vacate in part, and remand for correction of the mittimus.
