STEVENS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order which denied their request for turnover of property from the trustee. The relevant facts are taken from the parties’ stipulation of facts before the bankruptcy court.
Plaintiffs filed a voluntary Chapter 7 petition on November 1, 1984. On October 30, 1984, plaintiffs entered into a contract to sell certain real estate with a commercial building in Belton, Missouri for $98,500.00.
