The trust deed sought to be foreclosed conveyed not only the premises i-rt question but also the “rents, issues and profits” thereof, as security for the debt, and provided for the appointment of a receiver upon the filing of a bill to foreclose, without regard to the solvency or insolvency of the person or persons liable for the debt and without regard to the value of the premises.
