This is an appeal by defendants from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver of the mortgaged premises in a foreclosure proceeding. Complainant’s motion for the appointment was based upon provisions of the deed of trust and upon the allegations of the bill of a default in payment of the indebtedness. The trust deed provides that, in case of default in any of the indebtedness secured thereby, the legal holder of the notes shall have the right, upon filing a bill to foreclose without regard to the solvency or insolvency of the debtor and without regard…
