Stanley Newman Co. v. City of Boston

This is a bill in equity by a subcontractor on a schoolhouse, to obtain payment out of security furnished by the contractor under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 149, § 29. The only question is the amount due. The judge ruled that the plaintiff had performed its contract, and entered a decree for the balance unpaid. The contractor appealed.
