The plaintiff testified that, while he stood on the railroad platform at the corner of the defendant’s railroad shed at Duke street, in the city of York, waiting for a train to pass, two strange men came up and asked him if the train went to Harrisburg, and he replied that he did not know; that then the train moved and one of these men jumped on it, but jumped off when it stopped immediately afterward.
