This is a suit on an insurance, policy. Plaintiff seeks to recover the replacement value of a bulldozer blade 'and the cost of repairing certain damage to the radiator core of a D-7 Caterpillar tractor. Defendant answered admitting the policy, denying: the allegations relative to liability and' averring, in the alternative, that' the loss o£ the blade and the radiatbr damage were-caused by the infidelity of E.
