*895In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bayne, J.), entered May 13, 2011, as denied his motion pursuant to CPLR 305 (c) for leave to amend the caption to name Keyspan-Ravenswood, LLC, as a defendant instead of Keyspan Corporation, or, alternatively, pursuant to CPLR 203 (c) for leave to amend the verified complaint to add Keyspan-Ravenswood, LLC, as a defendant.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
