In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the third-party defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Bellard, J.), dated April 8, 1998, which denied their motion to dismiss the amended complaint insofar as asserted against them as barred by the Statute of Limitations.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
