Philip Morris USA, Inc. (“PM USA”), Lorillard Tobacco Company (“Lorillard”) and Liggett Group, LLC (“Liggett”) (collectively referred to as the “Tobacco Companies”) appeal the trial court’s final judgment entered in favor of Mary Tullo, as surviving spouse and personal representative of the estate of her deceased husband, Dominick Tullo.
