—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Micki Scherer, J., at suppression hearing; Ronald Zweibel, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered February 13, 1997, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 5 to 10 years and 3V2 to 7 years, respectively, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
