Buddy Kenny Rogers pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging a drug conspiracy. The district court determined he qualified as a “career offender” under § 4B1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“U.S.S.G.” or “the Guidelines”) and imposed a prison term of 188 months. After filing a timely notice of appeal, Mr. Rogers’s counsel determined there are no non-frivolous issues to appeal and thus filed a motion to withdraw and a brief under Anders v.
