NEILL, Associate Justice.
Appellees, the wife, daughter and mother of Mark R. Boyce, sued appellant for damages resulting from his death, which they alleged was caused by appellant’s negligence. The negligence alleged and the defense plead will be indicated by our conclusions of fact and law.
The trial resulted in a judgment for appellees in the sum of $17,500; of which, $10,000 was apportioned to the wife, $5,500 to the daughter and $2,000 to the mother of deceased.
