The defendant, Gilbert Nazarian, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 2005) § 14-222a (2), evasion of responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 14-224 (a) and making a false statement in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-157b (a).
