Petitioner Ronna Dillon seeks a writ of mandamus to compel respondent court to suppress the evidence discovered as a result of an alleged illegal search.

Petitioner is charged with violations of the following sections of the Health and Safety Code: 11530 (possession of marijuana), 11530.1 (planting and cultivating marijuana), 11530.5 (possession of marijuana for sale), 11555 (possession of paraphernalia used to smoke or inject narcotics), and 11910 (possession of restricted dangerous drugs).
