[739] This is an original proceeding in prohibition. Relators contend that the respondent, a Judge of the Circuit Court of Jasper County, Missouri, exceeded his jurisdiction in making an order requiring relators to produce for inspection and transcribing certain tape recorded statements more fully referred to infra. To our provisional rule, the respondent filed his return and the relators filed reply thereto.
