Greta L. Ziontz, plaintiff, brought suit for divorce against Harold J. Ziontz, defendant, on August 13, 1947. The parties were married April 7, 1940, in the city of Chicago and lived together until the filing of this suit except for a short period in the latter part of 1946 and the early part of 1947. A suit for divorce by the plaintiff against the defendant begun in November, 1946, was dismissed after a reconciliation in February, 1947.
