OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Kathleen A. Kelly ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims of Ohio in her favor, contending the judgment rendered was inadequate and against the manifest weight of the evidence.

{¶ 2} This cause arose from an automobile accident that occurred on March 31, 2004. On this date, appellant was traveling on Interstate 76, when her vehicle was struck from behind by defendant James J. Cray, Jr. ("Mr. Cray"), who was acting within the course and scope of his employment with defendant-appellee, Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine…
