This is a proceeding to review the action of the building inspector of the town of Hempstead in granting a permit to respondent Bulk Plants, Inc., to erect a 500,000-gallon gasoline tank on Wreck Lead, in the town of Hempstead, Nassau county, and also the determination of the board of zoning-appeals of the town in dismissing petitioners’ appeal from the action of the building inspector.
