This is a condemnation proceeding commenced by complaint filed pursuant to 10 Del. C. § 6102. The plaintiffs seek to acquire by condemnation certain lands owned hy the defendant Filomena G. Muller and leased by her to the defendant James Hubert Dill. The plaintiffs bring the condemnation proceeding pursuant to an Act of the Legislature which was approved by the Governor on June 1, 1953, 49 Del. Laws, Chapter 102.
